帕金森病伴发抑郁的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究帕金森病患者抑郁的发生率及与其严重程度的相关性。方法用HAMD抑郁量表和Web-ster功能评分,对56例帕金森病患者进行抑郁及功能障碍评定。结果56例帕金森病患者中,有29例伴发抑郁,占51.8%,抑郁与帕金森病症状的严重程度关系密切。结论抑郁在帕金森病患者中有较高发生率,其与帕金森病症状的严重程度有关。Objeetve To study the incidence of depression in Parkinson＇s disease（PD） and the correlation between depression and serious extent of PD. Methods Depression and dysfunction in fifty six patients were evaluated by means of HamiltonDepression Scale（HAMD） and Webster assessment of function. Results Depression occured in twenty nine of fifty six patients. The incidence of depression in PD was 51.8 %. Meanwhile, there were more correlation between depression and serious extent of PD（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The incidence of depression is higher in PD and it relates to serious extent of PD.
