小切口非超乳手术治疗白内障122例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口非超乳白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术的临床效果。方法对该院收治的122例白内障患者的138眼通过5.0～6.0mm巩膜小切口施行白内障囊外摘除及人工晶状体植入术,对患者的视力、散光及并发症等临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术后1D、1周、4周、3月视力达到0.5者分别为87.7%、90.6%、91.3%、92.8%,其中视力达到1.0者分别占14.5%、31.2%、50.0%、51.4%。手术前后散光度比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论小切口非超乳白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术创伤小、术后视力恢复快、并发症少,是一种安全有效的白内障复明手术。[ Objective ] To investigate the clinical curative effect of small incision nonphacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. [Methods] 122 patients （138 eyes） with cataract who were admitted into our hospital underwent extracapsular cataract extraction （ECCE） and intraocular lens implantation with nonphacoemulsification and 5.0-6.0 mm small sclerotic incision. The clinical data of vision, astigmatism and complications were retrospectively analyzed. [Results] In the postoperative 1 day, 1 week, 4 week and 3 month, the percentage of the eyes with vision more than 0.5 was 87.7%, 90.6%, 91.3%, 92.8%, in which the percentage of the eyes with vision more than 1.0 was 14.5%, 31.2%, 50.0%, 51.4%,respectively.There was no significant difference between pre- and postoperative astigmatism（P 〉0.05）. [Conclusions] Small incision nonphacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with intraoeular lens implantation is a safe and effective vision-restoring operation for cataract due to the advantages such as tiny injury,rapid postoperative vision recovery and few complications.
