脱抑制训练在弱视治疗中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察应用增视训练软件脱抑制训练治疗屈光不正性弱视的临床疗效。方法应用脱抑制训练联合视觉刺激训练对77例屈光不正性弱视患儿进行治疗。结果训练5～13次,平均8次,视力提高达≥0.9者25例,占32.46％；训练5～13次,平均7.8次,视力增长2行或2行以上者26例,占33.77％。训练5～13次,平均8.7次,视力不变或提高1行者26例,占33.77％；总有效率占66.23％。结论应用脱抑制训练治疗屈光不正性弱视不仅有效,而且可以缩短疗程。Objective To introduce a clinical observation on the treatment of ametropia amblyopia with antisuppression and visual stimulation therapy. Methods 77 cases of ametropia amblyopia were treated with antisuppression and visual stimulation therapy. Results （1）After 5 -13 days of treatment ,25 cases （32.46%）vasion wased 90.9. （2）After 5 ～ 13 days of treatment , 26 cases （33.77%） vision was improved ≥two rows. （3） After 5 ～ 13 days of treatment ,26 cases （33.77%） vasion was not improved. （4） All effection was 66.23%. Conclusion The treatment of ametropia amblyopia with antisuppression and visual stimulation therapy was effected and can be shorten time of treatment.
