摘　　要：大学生入学教育是高校教育重要一环,对于在高考中受到挫败的高职院校大学生来说尤为重要。文章通过分析目前高职院校大学生新生中存在的心理困惑,提出了入学教育的重要性以及如何帮助和引导他们尽快树立信心,树立远大的理想信念,克服困难,解开困惑的措施。College freshman education is one of the important parts in college education, especially for some college students who failed in the college entrance examination. This paper analyzes the psychological situation and puzzlement of current students in polytechnic institutions and points out the importance and necessary of freshman education, and also figures out the way to help the students pick up their confidence, set their goals, cope with their difficulties and puzzlement so that they can do better in their following college years.
