摘　　要：可再生能源的合理开发和投资决策需要考虑大量复杂的影响因素。为此,运用层次分析法建立浙江省可再生能源开发及投资决策的评价体系,将定性的综合决策转化为具体的定量决策。在确定客观判断矩阵的基础上,获得了各种影响因素及能源形式分配的权值,以供有关部门参考。There are a lot of complicated factors in decision of rational exploitation and investment for renewable energy. The assessment system of investment decision for renewable energy exploitation in Zhejiang Province based on analytical hierarchy process （AHP） had been set up in this paper. The qualitative integrated decision could be transferred into the quantitative decision. On the basis of confirming the objective opinion matrix, the right values of the factors and different renewable energy resources were obtained.
