摘 要:现在的设备管理已经从过去的事后维修、计划维修发展成为状态维修、网络化维修。为此,通过将网络通讯技术、虚拟仪器技术和故障诊断理论相结合,使监测现场、管理部门、故障诊断中心及设备生产厂家联合起来,实现对企业大型设备进行实时状态监测和远程故障诊断。企业内部Intranet实现对设备的实时状态监测和快速故障诊断;同时,通过Internet与专门的设备故障诊断中心通信,实现复杂故障诊断与技术支持。设备生产厂家可以实时跟踪设备,对设备进行的完善与改进。网络化设备管理系统不仅增强了设备综合管理能力,而且对提高企业竞争力、降低设备维修成本、提高经济效益具有非常重要的意义。Equipment management has been developing from previous Breakdown Maintenance (BM) to Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) and networked maintenance. Through combination of fault-diagnosis theory, network communication technology, virtual instrument technology, the system makes administrative departments, monitored locale, fault-diagnosis center and equipments manufacture connected each other, and executes omni-directional real-time state-monitor and remote fault-diagnosis of large equipments. Real-time state-monitor and fast fault-diagnosis can be achieved by Intranet in the enterprise. Meanwhile, it communicates with special fault-diagnosis centers by Internet, and carries out complex fault-diagnosis and technology support. Manufacturers can offer theoretical guidance and technological training to technological workers, and pay attention to whole life of the equipment at any moment, then improve further it. The system not only strengthen capability of comprehensive management of the equipments, but also has very important significance to decrease maintenance cost of equipments, increase economic benefits and enhance competitive capability of enterprise.
