摘　　要：经营者职业化,概括讲就是经营者职业的专业化和选任的市场化,具有六大基本特征。基于经营者职业化内涵及其特征构建的经营者职业化进程评价指标体系与数学模型,以四川为例进行的测度表明,我们的经营者职业化程度目前还处于由萌芽向成长初期转轨的进程中。Generally speaking, the professionalization of operator is the specialization and choosing operator in the market, with six essential characteristics. This paper establishes an index system and a mathematical model ＇based on the characteristics of the operator＇s professionalization and the course of professionslization. Then, we use the index system and the mathematical model to estimate the Sichuan province. The result indicates that the degree of the operator＇s professionalization in Sichuan province is transforming from the budding stage to the pullulating stage.
