Cox-2和Ki-67在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达和意义

摘　　要：目的探讨环氧化酶-2(Cox-2)和Ki-67的表达与子宫内膜癌的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学Envision法检测37例增生期子宫内膜、16例非典型增生子宫内膜、58例子宫内膜癌中Cox-2和Ki-67的表达。结果Cox-2、Ki-67表达阳性率在子宫内膜癌组明显高于非典型增生子宫内膜组和增生期子宫内膜组(P<0.01)。在高中分化组,Cox-2、Ki-67表达率明显低于低分化组(P<0.05)。Cox-2表达与内膜癌的临床分型以及肌层浸润深度无关(P>0.05),Ki-67表达随临床分期以及分化程度的增加而增强(P<0.05)。结论Cox-2和Ki-67可作为判断子宫内膜癌的分化程度以及预后的较好指标。Objective It is to explore the relationship between the expressions of Cox - 2 and Ki - 67 and endometrial carcinoma. Methods The expressions of Cox - 2 and Ki - 67 were detected with immunohistochemical Envison method in 37 cases with hyperplastic endometrium, 16 cases with atypical hyperplastic endometrium and 58 cases with endometrial carcinoma. Results The expression positive rates of Cox- 2 and Ki - 67 in endometrial carcinoma group were both higher than those in atypical hyperplastic endometrium group and hyperplastic endometrium group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression rates of Cox - 2 and Ki - 67 in high and moderately differentiated group were obviously lower than those in poorly differentiated group （P 〈 0.05）. There was no relationship between Cox- 2 expression and clinical typing of endometrial carcinoma as well as depth of muscular invasion （P 〉 0.05）. Ki- 67 expression was strengthened along with the increase of clinical staging and differentiation degree （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cox-2 and Ki- 67 can be good indexes to assess the differentiation degree and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
