摘　　要：用UG软件建立某自卸车车架的三维模型,导入ANSYS有限元分析软件,按照设计要求,对车架的载荷计算进行了探讨,分析了其应力分布状态和变形情况及模态分析,验证了车架设计的合理性。The 3D modeling of dump car frame is built up with the software UG, then export to the software ANSYS, which is used for structure F＇EA. According to the designing requirement, we calculate the load on the frame, analyze the stress distributing and the deformation, and use modal analysis to determine the vibration characteristics . So we verify the rationality of the frame design.
