摘　　要：中国证券市场已成为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,在中国,对投资者的保护中存在着许多问题,本着优化证券市场环境、保护投资者利益的目的,应通过完善证券市场法规建设,推进股权分置改革等措施加以完善。Chinese security market has become the important part in the socialistic market economy. But there are many problems existing in the protection of investors. We should perfect the security market＇s rules and carry out the shareholding division＇s revolution to optimize the market environment and protect the investors＇ profit.
