摘　　要：行政听证制度作为现代行政程序法的重要内容之一,其基本要素———听证主持人制度具有丰富的法律内涵。本文拟通过对现代听证主持人制度基本理论的阐释,分析我国听证主持人制度存在的诸多问题,为我国听证主持人制度的完善提出一些粗略思考。The administrative hearing system is one of the most important clauses of modern administrative procedure law. As its basic factor, the hearing manager system has plenty of law connotations. This essay, based on the theory of hearing manager system, gives an analysis of the problems of the hearing manager system in our country and put forward the suggestions of perfecting this system.
