摘　　要：目的研究重症肌无力(myasthenia gravis,MG)患者胸腺细胞经乙酰胆碱受体(AChR)刺激后T淋巴细胞亚群Bcl-2的表达水平和临床意义。方法应用流式细胞仪测定11例MG患者胸腺T淋巴细胞亚群经AChR刺激后Bcl-2表达水平。结果经AChR刺激后,MG组增生胸腺CD4、Bcl-2双阳性细胞明显高于对照组(P<0.01),CD8、Bcl-2双阳性细胞与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MG患者增生胸腺中AChR特异性辅助T细胞上Bcl-2表达增高,Bcl-2表达升高可能和AChR的诱导有关。Objective To investigate the expression of Bcl-2 in thymus T lymphocyte subpopulations in patients with myasthenia gravis （MG） after AChR stimulation and its clinical significance. Methods Bcl-2 expression in thymus T cell subgroups of 11 patients with MG after AChR stimulation was detected by two-colour flow cytometry. Results Bcl-2 expression in hyperplastic thymus T helper cell subgroups of MG patients was significantly higher than those of normal control after AChR stimulation （P〈0. 01 ）. There was no significant difference in the expression of Bcl-2 protein in hyperplastic thymus T suppressor cell subgroups between MG group and normal control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The expression of Bcl-2 in AChR-specific T helper cells in hyperplastic thymus of patients with MG might be up-regulated by the AChR stimulation.
