摘　　要：中值滤波是一种在去除噪声的同时能较好保护图像边缘细节的非线性滤波技术。介绍了中值滤波及其改进算法、分析了中值滤波的属性、提出了一种基于邻域统计和奇异点检测的中值滤波器的改进算法。计算机模拟实验结果表明:该改进算法能在有效地去除噪声的同时,较好地保护图像细节,较标准中值滤波器和维纳滤波器具有更优良的滤波性能。Median filter technology is a non- linear technology that can preserve image edge when denoising. A new image denoising algorithm based on neighborhood statistic information and singular point detection is mentioned in this paper by researching of the character of the median filter. Results of computer simulation experiments on the improved median filter show that this method can denoise more effectively than the standard median filter and wiener filter while preserving fine details very well.
