摘　　要：简要介绍了在数据传输过程中上位机与下位机接口通信卡的设计,对CH365的外围电路设计、PCI电器性能、PCB电器特性、CH365的电器性能等做了透彻的介绍,并对CH365的硬件中断功能、应用软件设计做了简要叙述,该设计在我所开发的共聚焦生物芯片扫描仪中运行稳定可靠,采用CH365也可用于视频图象采集卡、I/O控制卡等高速实时数据通信的应用系统中。The paper briefly introduces the design of interface card which is used for communication of upper computer and lower computer in the course of data transmission,and the design of peripheral circuit and specification of PCI,PCB and CH365 are introduced. The paper gives a brief description of hardware interrupt function and application software of CH365,the design uniformity of operation and stabilization on which we developed the biochip scanner. The CH365 is applied in high speed and real - time data corresponding applicative system of video picture collection card and I/O control card.
