摘　　要：中小企业对我国的经济发展已起到越来越重要的作用,但在其进一步的发展过程中,却面临着融资难的困境。这其中既有外部的因素,也有中小企业自身的原因。我国中小企业走出融资困境的出路在于:收购上市公司,依法设立多层次的资本市场,推动证券市场的发展;完善相关法规建设,发展风险投资;深化金融体制改革,为中小企业提供贷款支持;鼓励民间融资。Small and medium enterprises have played an increasingly important role in Chinese economic development; however, they are confronted with serious financing difficulties for both intmal and external reasons. The paper presents some measures as to helping these enterprises out of difficulites, which includes. 1） merger listed companies and push the development of security market by establishing multi-tiered capital market according to the laws concerned; 2）porfect relevant legal system and develop venture capital; 3） further financial system reform and offer more financial support to small and medium enterprises; 4） encourage non-govermmental financing, etc.
