摘　　要：通过分析我省当前耕地质量与环境保护体系建设的必要性,提出了建立我省无公害农产品生产基地环境评价系统和农作物平衡施肥技术体系的建议与强化耕地质量及其环境保护体系的保证措施。By analysis the current condition of farmland quality and environment protection system construction in Gansu province, the author of this study suggest that,constructing environment evaluation system of no-harm product production and crop balance fertilization technique syetem. Above those measures ,we take forward to strengthen cultivated quality and its environment protection system construction.
