摘  要:目的了解临沂市小学生早餐及饮食习惯的现状,为编制小学生的营养教育材料提供依据。方法由小学生家长填写问卷,对临沂市小学生早餐膳食营养状况和饮食习惯进行调查分析。结果有9.1%的学生早餐有时吃,有时不吃;早餐食物主要是牛奶、鸡蛋、面包,碳水化合物食品摄取量相对偏少;早餐热能和蛋白质摄入量未达供给量的学生占43.0%和37.9%。不喜欢吃蔬菜的占33.38%,不喜欢吃水果的占9.98%,喜欢吃油炸食品的占85.5%,挑食者占44.67%,有86.52%的小学生有边吃饭边看电视的习惯。结论小学生的早餐需进一步改善,应养成良好的饮食习惯,不良的饮食习惯可能是影响小学生正常生长发育的一个重要因素。[ Objective] To learn the breakfast and dietary habits of the primary school students of Linyi and provide basis for compiling nutrition education materials. [Methods] Questionnaires were answered by the students' parents to learn the students' nutrition status and dietary habits. [Results] 9.1% of the students have irregular breakfast; the breakfast mainly included milk, eggs and bread, but the intake of carbohydrate was relatively low; 43.0% and 37.9% of the students had insufficient energy and protein intake; 33.38% and 9.98% of them didn' t like eating vegetables and fruits respectively; 85.5% of the them like eating fried food; 44.67% of them were food - picking; 86.52% of them had a habit of watching TV while eating. [Conclusion] The students' breakfast should be improved; ill dietary habit is an important factor influencing the students' normal physical development.
