卵巢原发性恶性肿瘤的螺旋CT诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢原发性恶性肿瘤的螺旋CT表现特点。方法回顾性分析100例经手术病理证实为卵巢恶性肿瘤的螺旋CT资料并与手术病理对照分析。结果①上皮性肿瘤88例(88%),以囊实性为主,占79.5%,多有腹水和腹膜、网膜种植及淋巴结转移;②性索间质肿瘤5例(5%),均为单侧,以囊实性肿块为主,占80.0%;③生殖细胞肿瘤7例(7%),均为单侧,以实质性为主,占71.4%。结论螺旋CT对卵巢原发性恶性肿瘤有很高的诊断价值。Objective To inquire the spiral CT features of primary malignant ovarian tumors. Methods Spiral CT findings of 100 eases of ovarian malignant tumors confirmed by operation were analyzed retrospectively and compared with pathological results. Results Ovarian epithelial tumors were seen in 88 eases （88%）,characterized by cystic mass （ 79.5% ） , which were mainly with aseites, peritoneum, omental implantation and metastatic lymph node; 5 eases suffered from unilateral ovarian sex cord stromal tumors （5%） ,characterized by cystic mass （80%） ; Unilateral ovarian germ cell. tumors were diagnosed in 7 eases （7%） ,characterized by solid mass （71.4%）. Conclusion Spiral CT has a high diagnosis value for primary malignant ovarian tumors.
