辣椒杂交一代与其亲本基因差异的初步研究

摘　　要：用RAPD技术对1个辣椒杂种一代及其亲本的基因差异进行研究,结果表明:几乎所有引物扩增出的杂种一代的RAPD产物和两亲本或亲本之一没有明显差异,但引物OPG-08扩增出双亲具有而在F1消失的DNA片段,揭示出双亲杂交后的受精过程中基因可能发生变异。The genetic differences between F1 and its parent lines in hot pepper （Capsicum annuum L. ） were studied using RAPD markers. The results showed that RAPD patterns, amplified by most primers, of Fl were .same as both or one parent line. When amplified with the primer OPG- 08, one DNA product presented in RAPD patterns of both parents, but absent in that of F1. This suggested that gene mutation maybe occur in the fertilization process after crossing the parents to obtain F1.
