摘　　要：2005年世界和中国灾害的一些指标明显超过2004年。在分析成因时,除了自然原因外,还存在人为因素。在抗击自然灾害中,世界各国协同救灾。2005年中国减灾的特色是重视突发性事件,政府重视预案、演练,群众的减灾意识有所提高。文章还分析了一些值得改进的地方。Some indexes of the disasters of the world and China seem more serious in 2005 than in 2004, the reasons for which include not only natural factors, but also artificial factors. In face of natural disasters, all countries in the world cooperate each other to provide disaster relief. In 2005, the characteristics of disaster reduction in China are as follows： firstly, the emergency events are thought highly by government in all levels, secondly, the Government pay great attention to preparation projects and exercise, lastly, disaster reduction consciousness of the mass has promoted, Several aspects needed improvement are analyzed in this paper.
