摘　　要：基于Windows平台开发了数控机床在线检测软件,并对软件开发中的关键技术:建立检测系统的综合误差模型,测头误差处理技术,对系统设置、通讯和检测程序自动生成等模块进行研究。利用该软件可以自动生成检测程序,并可对测头误差、机床几何误差与热误差进行补偿,有效地提高了检测的精度和效率。Based on Windows operating system, the software of NC machine＇ s On - line inspection has been developed, the key technology in software development： Set up the comprehensive error model of the inspection system, probe error treatment technology, communication etc.. Utilize this software to turn into the procedure of measuring automatically, and can compensate to probe error, the geometric error and thermal error of the machine, have improved the precision and efficiency.
