全国社区卫生服务现状调查——2002年度全国东、西、中部地区城市社区卫生服务中心财务收入状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解2002年度全国东、西、中部地区社区卫生服务中心收入状况。方法以横断面抽样调查方法收集全国东、西、中部地区200个社区卫生服务中心的资料。结果2002年度全国东、西、中部地区社区卫生服务中心平均总收入分别为1 594.30万元、272.63万元、179.78万元;平均财政及上级补助分别为127.87万元、81.79万元、45.39万元;平均业务收入分别为1 431.93万元、209.55万元、148.32万元;平均其他收入分别为44.65万元、27.57万元、18.41万元。结论2002年度东部社区卫生服务中心的财务收入状况好于西、中部地区,西、中部社区卫生服务中心的发展仍需政府的进一步扶持。Objective To understand the income status of the community health service centers in different regions of China in 2002. Methods A cross-sectioned sampling survey was used to investigate the data of 200 community health service centers ahout the income status in different regions of China in 2002. Results For the urban community health service centers in east, west and mid China the average total income were respectively 15 943.0 thousand yuan, 2 726.3 thousand Yuan and 1 797.8 thousand Yuan; the average financial assistance given by government were respectively 1 278, 7 thousand yuan, 817.9 thousand Yuan and 453.9 thousand Yuan; the average income of medical operation were respectively 14 319. 3 thousand yuan, 2 095.5 thousand Yuan and 1 483.2 thousand Yuan; and the average income from other resource were respectively 446. 5 thousand yuan, 275.7 thousand Yuan and 184. 1 thousand Yuan. Conclusion In 2002 the income of urban community health service centers in east China was more than those in west and mid China, and the governments should give more support to the community health service in west and mid china.
