摘  要:应用结构动力学分析方法,结合目前海上表层固井作业的现状和特点,对表层固井环板装置的动力响应进行了研究。根据表层固井环板装置的结构特点和约束条件,建立了合理的力学模型,应用杜哈默积分求解拉格朗日运动方程的方法,对固井碰压状态下承受冲击载荷及其动力响应问题进行了分析。在考虑动力响应条件下,通过计算和对比,求解出环板装置在有固井碰压冲击载荷时的附加力及冲击作用力,通过计算表层固井环板装置受冲击力时的应力变化,得到了对注水泥过程中应力变化的认识。结合海上表层固井作业的实际情况,进行了现场作业条件下的动力响应设计,得到了在安全许用应力及安全余量条件下应该采用的设计参数。本文研究方法,为表层固井环板装置的安全设计提供了一套实用方法,也为现场施工作业提供了更具操作性的依据。A study has been carried out on dynamic response of annular plate installation for cementing surface casing by structural dynamics analysis and according to the status and characteristics of present offshore cementing operations. With a rational dynamic model established on basis of the structural features and constraining conditions of the annular plate installation and through Duhamel's integral solution of Lagrange motion equation, the impact load and dynamic response of surface casing cementing unit induced from the cementing operation have been analyzed. The extraneous force and impact acting force of annular plate installation subjected to the impact load have been derived through calculations and comparison under the conditions of considering the dynamic response. The stress change is identified through calculating the stress change of annular plate installation to be impacted. According to the fact of offshore surface casing cementing operations, a dynamic response has been designed for on site operation conditions and the design parameters that should be adopted for permissible safe stress and safe allowance have been obtained. The method described in this paper not only presents a practical method for rational design of the annular plate installation, but also provides the further more operable evidence for onsite operations.
