摘　　要：实施ISO9001质量管理体系可以提高和规范企业的管理能力,S ix S igm a管理也被许多企业成功运用以提高企业绩效。本文通过对ISO9001质量管理体系和S ix S igm a管理方法的关系的讨论,旨在探讨将两种管理方法有效结合的途径。ISO9001 quality system has been implemented to many fields to improve the management level. Six Sigma has also been popular in many enterprises to increase the performance of business process. This paper discusses the difference between ISO9001 Quality System and Six Sigma Management in order to find a good combination solution.
