摘　　要：人才市场的需求和就业岗位变化的趋势,对成人高等教育有了新的更高的要求,为此,应摸清国内国际时事,以单位和毕业生的生存和发展为着眼点,以合理的教育方式和内容为手段,切合实际地进行成教改革,适应市场经济的发展,走在经济社会导向教育的前沿。The demand of the talents market and the trend of employment change, have new higher demands for adult＇s higher education, for this reason, we should find out the current events both at home and abroad, regard the unit and the graduate＇s existence and development as starting point, regard rational education way and content as the means, reform the adult education gearing to actual circumstances, adapt to the development of market economy, enter the front of the economic society and leading education.
