柴达木盆地成年家畜育肥屠宰试验报告

摘　　要：通过对成年家畜的屠宰试验表明,利用柴达木盆地地产饲草料进行全舍饲育肥后,成年黄牛的平均屠宰率为49.94%,平均净肉率为39.86%,平均骨肉比为1:3.95;成年藏系羊和半细毛羊的平均屠宰率分别为49.54%和47.41%;各类家畜的胴体肉级别均达到一级标准。Slughter trial of fattening senior stock was carried out in Chadamu Basin. The result showed that average yield of carass of senior cattle was 49.94% average net weight was 39.86% ,average meat - bone was 1： 3.95. Average yield of carcass of senior T - sheep and semi - fine - wool sheep were 49.54% and 47.41% using local fodder in shed. All kinds of meat reached to the first degree.
