摘 要:采用斑点杂交和PCR技术检测口腔粘膜组织中HPV_(16)DNA和 HCMV DNA,结果表明:在正常口腔粘膜组织、白斑及口腔鳞癌中HPV_(16)DNA和HCMV DNA感染率分别为0%,35.7%,50.0%和0%,14.3%,28.1%,此两种病毒的共同感染率分别为0%,14.3%,18.8%,口腔鳞癌及白斑组织中HPV_(16)DNA的检出率均高于正常口腔,且差别具有显著性(P<0.05);提示HPV_(16)感染与口腔鳞癌的发生相关;HCMV可能与HPV_(16)对口腔鳞癌的成癌起到协同促进作用。DNA sequences of human papillomavirus (HPV) type 16 and. human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) were detected by dot hybridization and polymerase chain reaction in paraffin-embedded specimens from normal oral tissue. leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma(SSC). The results showed that the positive rates of HPV16 DNA and HCMV DNA sequence were 0%, 35.7%, 50% and 0%, 14. 3%, 28. 1% respectively. The infection rates of HPV16 and HCMV were 0%, 14. 3% , 18. 8% in the each kind of samples. However, the positive rates of HPV16 DNA in SSC and leukoplakia were higher than that in normal oral tissue, the differences were significant (P<0. 05). The results indicate that infection of HPV16 may be related to the occurrence of SSC; HCMV was an enhancing factor in HPV16 infection of SSC.
