摘　　要：随着我国高等教育体制的改革,高校毕业生逐渐由长期以来的国家分配充分转向自主择业。在这种自谋职业和多种渠道就业的形势下,面对竞争激烈的人才市场,部分学生感到难以适应,在就业过程中引发出各种各样的心理问题。文章就此进行了分析,并提出了相应的心理调适办法。As the reform of national higher education system, the employ of college students has diverted from national arrangement to self-selection. Under the condition of self- selection, multichannel as well as severe talent competition, it is hard for some graduates to be adjusted to it with various psychological problems arising. By analyzing this phenomenon, the paper presents some corresponding adjustment.
