摘　　要：小浪底水利枢纽主体土建工程采用国际招标方式选择承包商,为了减轻通货膨胀、国内外劳务费差异等市场因素的影响,在承包合同中制定有合同价格调整的条款。结合工作实践,介绍了小浪底水利枢纽工程合同价格调整体系与方法,提出了相关的意见和建议。Contractors in Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Dam Project were selected through international competitive bidding process. In order to mitigate the impact of currency inflation, labour cost from local and abroad as well as other factors on the project, some contract price adjustment provisions were made in the contract. This paper presents the contract price adjustment system and method applied in Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Dam Project, in consideration of the practices, and produces some relevant comments and suggestions.
