摘　　要：运用问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计等方法,对我校女大学生参加课外体育锻炼现状、特点及存在的问题进行了调查、分析和讨论,揭示了我校女大学生不经常参加课外体育锻炼的原因,提出了解决问题的合理化建议,以期引起有关部门的关注.Using the method of literature reviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics, Carries on investigation, analysis and discusses to current situations, characteristic and existing problems of our school college girl students who participate in physical training after class. The author revealed thereason which led to it on the physical exercise, and suggestions were put forward pertinently.
