摘　　要：对活性染料染色中的浴比、元明粉用量、纯碱用量、染色保温时间等影响因素与染色织物的表面深度值进行了探讨,用数学软件Matlab确定了染色织物表面深度值与各影响因素之间的函数关系,为活性染料染色配方的调整提供了参考。实验结果表明:该方法具有一定的可行性和实用性。Relationships between the affecting factors in dying cotton fabrics with reactive dyes, such as liquid ratio, the amount of adding anhydrous sodium sulfate and sodium carbonate, temperature-keeping time as well as the K/S values measured were discussed. Equations derived by Matlab, a mathematical tool software by Maths Works Inc. provided the guide to adjust the dyeing recipes in practice. Results showed that the methods were practical and feasible.
