摘  要:目的探讨TGF-α在人脑星形细胞瘤中表达,研究其在肿瘤血管形成中的作用。方法用SP免疫组化法检测50例人脑星形细胞瘤标本中TGF-α蛋白表达;用抗CD34相关抗原单克隆抗体免疫组化染色显示肿瘤组织微血管,并以微血管密度(microvesseldensity,MVD)测定肿瘤血管生成。结果实验组50例人脑星形细胞瘤TGF-α表达总阳性率64%(3250);总MVD38.88±19.13,显著高于正常脑组织组9.30±3.74(P<0.01)。随着人脑星形细胞瘤级别增高,MVD数值呈现增高趋势。TGF-α与MVD呈显著线性正相关性(r=0.869,P<0.01))。结论TGF-α在人脑星形细胞瘤中高表达,可能参与人脑星形细胞瘤的血管形成。Objective To explore the expression of transforming growth factor alpha (TGF-α) in human astrocytomas, to study its importam role in angiogenesis of human astrocytomas.Methods The expression of TGF-α protein in human astrocytomas was examed via the immunohistochemical method. The microvasculars of human astrocytomas were measured by miemvessel density (MVD) which were immunohistostained by CD34 monoclonal antibody. Results The total positive rate of expression of TGF -α protein was 64.0% (32/50) in fifties specimens of human astrocytomas. The MVD of tumor tissues was higher (38.88±19.13) than that of normal brain tissues (9.30 ± 3.74) (P 〈 0.01 ) . Along with the rise of pathological grades of astrocytomas, the numbers of MVD of tumor tissues were also increased. TGF -α was significantly positive correlation with MVD in human astrocytomas ( r = 0. 869, P 〈 0.01). Conclusion There is high expression of TGF-α in human astrocytomas, which may contributes to angiogenesis of human astrocytomas.
