摘　　要：研究了维吾尔文的书写特点,实现维文动态翻译技术的难点、根据维吾尔文的特征,创建了不等宽度不等长代码处理技术,屏幕取词,全屏翻译的关键技术来实现了维吾尔文动态翻译,并给出了实现其关键模块功能的程序流程图.After studying the characteristics of the Uighur script and the difficulties in realizing the dynamic translation of Uighur language, and considering the characteristics of Uighur,the author provides some techniques to deal with codes of different width and length and some key techniques for screen translation, and solves the problem of the dynamic translation of Uighur language. The paper also gives a flow chart of how the functions of its key mold pieces are achieved.
