摘　　要：目的观察诺维本加卡铂方案治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效与不良反应。方法将30例晚期老年非小细胞肺癌的患者给予诺维本加卡铂方案化疗4周期,按WHO标准评定疗效和不良反应。结果有效率(CR+PR)为47%,不良反应主要为骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应。结论诺维本加卡铂方案是治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的一种安全有效的化疗方案。Objective To observe the recence effect and toxicity of combined chemotherapy of NVP and CPB to treat the senile non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods Give the 30 patients with terminal NSCLC 4periods of combined chemotherapy of NVB and CBP and evaluated the effect and toxicity according to the WHO standard. Results The effective rate （CR＋PR） was 47%, the chief toxicity was bone marrow inhibition and gastrointestinal reaction. Conclusion The combined therapy is a safe, effective method to treat the senile terminal NSCLC
