消瘤颗粒对性激素造模大鼠子宫肌瘤的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨消瘤颗粒治疗子宫肌瘤的作用机理。方法:给大鼠注射已烯雌酚注射液造模,对造模大鼠分别给予消瘤颗粒和桂枝茯苓胶囊,测定空白对照组、模型对照组、给药组的雌二醇(E2)、孕激素(P)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平;解剖模型大鼠,采用微标尺在显微镜下直接测量其子宫平滑肌的厚度。结果:消瘤颗粒有拮抗雌激素和调节机体免疫系统的作用,并可抑制子宫平滑肌的增生。结论:消瘤颗粒具有预防和治疗子宫肌瘤的作用。Objective. To explore the mechanisms of Xiaoliu granule treating hysteromyoma. Methods. Hysteromyoma rats model induced by injecting diaethy lstilbestrol injection, treated with Xiaoliu granule and Guizhifuling capsule, to determine the level of E2, P, TNF- α of each group and measure the thickness of womb smooth muscle. Result. Xiaoliu granule had the effects of anagomisming female hormone and adjusting immune system. Conclusion. Xiaoliu gramtle have preventive and therapeutic function to hystero myoma.
