摘　　要：护患纠纷对护士造成严重的精神创伤,影响其工作积极性,压力过大会降低工作效率,引起多种身心疾病。护士长要关爱护士,提高护士心理素质,改善护患关系;通过倾听让护士释放心理压力;加强对护士心理状况的关注,帮助排解心理压力。Nursing dispute has serious negative impact on nurses＇ mental health and affect their working enthusiasm seriously. Overload stress can reduce working efficiency and result in various physical and psychological diseases. Therufore,head nurses should pay attention to nurses＇ psychological status,take actions mainly by listening to relieve nurses＇ psychological stress,improve their psychological quality and establish favorable nurse -patient relationship.
