摘　　要：目的 建立复方儿茶胶囊中儿茶素的含量测定方法。方法 高效液相色谱法测定，YMC-PacKODS-A柱（5μm，4．6mm×250mm）；0．04mol·L^-1构橼酸-N，N二甲基甲酰胺-四氢呋喃（45：8：2）为流动相，流速为0．6ml·min^-1，检测波长为280nm，柱温为35℃。结果 儿茶素进样量在0．750～2．625μg内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，相关系数为0．9998，3批样品的平均回收率分别为98．64％，99．13％和100．17％。结论 该方法操作简便、可靠、准确、可作为该制荆的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of catechin in Compositae Catechu Capsules. Methods The YMC- Pack ODS- A column（5μm,4.6mm×250mm）was used. The mobile phase was 0.04mol·L^-1 citric acid-N, N- dimethylformamide-tetrahydrofuran（45： 8： 2）. The flow rate was 0.6 mol·L^-1 , the detection wavelength at 280 nm and the column temperature at 35℃, Results The method proved to be in good linearity of catechin at the range of 0. 750 ～ 2. 625 μg, r = 0.999 8. The average recovery of the three kinds of samples were 98.64% ,99.13% and 100.17%. Condusion The method appeared to be simple, reliable, accurate and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
