摘 要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对川西黄牛,西门达尔牛,黑白花奶牛及雷琼牛进行了血液蛋白多态性的检测,得出了Hb(血红蛋白),Tf(运铁蛋白)在各类群牛中的基因型及基因频率。通过卡方检验,计算各类群间的标准遗传距离,并进行模糊聚类分析。本文所采用的λ=0.837则川西牛与雷琼牛归为一类,黑白花奶牛与西门达尔牛归为一类。且川西牛与雷琼牛的Hb和Tf基因和基因型频率都具瘤牛特点。The polymorphism of the blood proteins from the eattles on the West Region of Sichuan, Simmental, Holstein-Friesian, and Lei Qiong Cattle were studied by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The genetypes, gene frequences of haemoglobin(Hb) and transferrin (Tf) in these cattles were detected, and the standard genetic distance among these species of cattle were calculated by f^2test. Something more, the fuzzy analysis was conducted in this study. The result showed that, when λ was 0.837,the tattles on the West Region of Sichuan and Lei Qiong cattle could be classfied into the same cluster, and the Holstein-Friesian and Simmental could be classfied into the other one. Furthermore, the characteristics of genetypes and gene frequences of Hb and.Tf in the cattles on the West Region of Sichuan and Lei Qiong cattle were similar to those of Bos Indicus.
