进行期胃癌术前经动脉化疗栓塞的临床及病理学研究  

Preoperative Embolization and Chemotherapy of Advanced Gastric Carcinoma Via Artery: Clinical and Pathologic Correlation Study

摘　　要：本文采用了介入方法对３０例进行期胃癌手术前进行了经动脉化疗栓塞术，观察化疗栓塞术中及术后症状的改变，对手术切除的２７例进行了病理组织检查。总有效率达７０．３％，是一种理想的围手术期胃癌的综合治疗方法。Thirty patientS with advanced gastric carcinoma underwent transarterial embolization and chemothepreoperatively. Clinical smpptoms were observed before and after the interventional procedure in order to evaluate therapeuticeffect. Histologic study was done on 27 resected Specimen. Total efficiency is about 70. 3 percent. Results show that transarterial embolization and chemotherapy pnduces evident histologic clunges in different types of gaStric carcinomas and is an idealpreoperative therapeutic method for advanced gastric carcinoma.
