急性淋巴细胞白血病伴髓系抗原表达的免疫分型特点

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)伴髓系抗原(My)表达的免疫表型特点及进行相关分析。方法:对85例初诊ALL患者进行免疫学分型,以My阳性/阴性(+/-)对B细胞ALL(B-ALL)和T细胞ALL(T-ALL)进行组间分析。结果:My+B-ALL和My+T-ALL患者的CD13及CD33的中位数均高于My-B-ALL和My-T-ALL患者,其表达率均显著高于My-B-ALL和My-T-ALL患者(P<0.01,P<0.05)。My+B-ALL患者的CD15的中位数高于My-B-ALL患者,表达率显著高于My-B-ALL患者(P<0.01)。CD13、CD15、CD33的相关性在组间具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:ALL中My的表达与mAb克隆、细胞染色技术、样本来源、阳性界值等多种因素有关。Objective：To discuss the immunophenotype characteristics of acute lymphoblastic leukemia（ALL）with myeloid antigen （My）expression and relative analysis.Methods：Eighty five cases with ALL were typed on immunology and dealt with My^＋/- B-ALL and T-ALL.Results：The medians of CD13 and CD33 of My^＋B-ALL and My^＋T-ALL were all higher than My^-B-ALL and My^-T-ALL （P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05）.The median of CD15 in My^＋B-ALL was substantially higher than that in My^-B-ALL（P〈0.01）.The relativity among CD13, CD15 and CD33 was statistically different （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The expression of My is related with mAb clone,cell staining technique,case resource and positive threshold.
