摘 要:以K_2W_2O_7为助溶剂,在钨酸钆钾[KGd(WO_4)_2,KGW]晶体中分别掺入稀土元素离子Nd^(3+),Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)和Er^(3+)+Yb^(3+),用顶部籽晶提拉法分别生长出Nd∶KGW,Yb∶KGW,Er∶KGW和Er∶Yb∶KGW4种激光晶体。获得最佳的生长工艺参数是:转速为10~15r/min,拉速为1~2mm/d,降温速率为0.05~0.1℃/h,生长周期为10~15d。经X射线分析确定4种晶体均为β相。利用热重差热分析确定了晶体的熔点和相转变温度,结果表明:Nd∶KGW,Yb∶KGW,Er∶KGW和Er∶Yb∶KGW4种晶体的熔点分别为1085,1086,1080℃和1079℃;相转变温度分别为1023,1021,1021℃和1024℃。分析了晶体产生缺陷的原因。Nd : KGd(WO4)2(Nd : KGW), Yb : KGW, Er : KGW and Er : Yb : KGW laser crystals were grown by the top seeded solution growth method using K2W2O7 as the flux and doping the rare earth ions of Nd^3+ , Yb^3+ , Er^3+ and Er^3+ +Yb^3+ into KGd(WO4)2 crystal. The optimum technology parameters obtained are the rotational speed of 10-15 r/rain, lifting speed of 1-2 mm/d, drop in temperature with 0.05-0. 1 ℃/h and the growth period of 10-15 d, X-ray diffraction analysis indi- cates that the crystals grown are β-phase. The melting points and transition temperatures of these crystals were determined by thermogravimetric - differential thermal analysis. The results show that the melting points of the crystals are 1 085, 1 086, 1 080 ℃ and 1 079 ℃, and the phase transition temperatures are 1 023, 1 021, 1 021 ℃ and 1 024 ℃ for Nd : KGW, Yb : KGW, Er : KGW and Er : Yb : KGW respectively. The reason for causing crystal defect was analyzed.
