摘 要:利用基于激光靶标的主动视觉测量技术进行热轧火车轮尺寸测量时,高温构件图像处理方法对测量结果的影响很大。根据高温构件图像的固有特点,综合分析了激光色分量对于抑制高热背景、凸显测量靶标的作用,在高热构件图像的灰度变换中引入权值,提出"加权灰度变换"方法。实验表明,所设计的图像处理方法有效地抑制了图像高热背景噪声、明显地突出了有用被测信息,保证了被测高温构件尺寸的准确获得。As the dimensions of thermal train - wheel are measured by use of laser target with active vision technology, the influence of image process method to thermal components is very serious. Based on the images of high temperature component, an effect for the laser spectrum to restrain thermal background and extrude the aim is analyzed. The weights are imputed to the gray value transform in the image process, and a method of the gray value weighting transform is putout. The experiment shows, this optimum method for image process restrains thermal image background and extrude the useful information obviously. All these make the dimensions of high temperature component obtained accurately.
