摘  要:通过检测稀释和浓缩以及脲醛树脂合成反应过程中黏度与固体含量的变化,对二者关系进行的研究结果表明:脲醛树脂的黏度和固体含量之间没有直接的关系,很难用简单的数学语言来描述;用树脂的折射率来表征固体含量,是简单可行的方法;并对脲醛树脂的黏度和固体含量的控制手段进行了理论探讨。By measuring the variations of viscosity and solid contents of UF resin during the courses of dilution, concentration and preparation, the relationship between viscosity and solid content of UF resin was studied. Results showed that there were no direct relations between viscosity and solid content, which can not be described easily by mathematical formulas either. Characterizing the solid content by means of refractive index of the resin is also a convenient method. Furthermore, the controlling means of viscosity and solid content of the resin were discussed in respect of theory.
