摘　　要：目的探索肿瘤患者自体输血的可行性和优越性。方法对于择期手术肿瘤患者采用贮存式自体输血和异体输血,并进行疗效比较。结果肿瘤患者自体输血较异体输血的输血反应率、感染率显著降低,3年生存率显著提高(P<0.01)。结论对肿瘤患者实施自体输血是可行的,能够延长患者生命,提高生存质量。Objective To study the availability and superiority of patients with malignancy through autotransfusion. Methods The clinical effects were analyzed between autotransfusion and allotransfusion on the patients with malignancy by selecting date to surgery. Results The autotransfusion had anadvantage over allotransfusion uncoessentialy（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Autotransfusion of the patients with malignancy is available. The patients with malignancy through autotransfusion could prolongate their lives and elevate their life quality.
