三型肺癌患者AgNORs的比较研究

摘　　要：目的探讨三型肺癌患者淋巴细胞染色体和癌组织AgNORs的相关性。方法应用AgNORs银染技术检测了98例肺癌患者和40例对照组AgNORs的表达情况。结果淋巴细胞染色体AgNORs数/细胞:腺癌组、小细胞癌组和鳞癌组分别为(9.01!0.51)、(8.26!0.42)及(7.74!0.38),均显著高于对照组(6.98!0.46),(P<0.01);三型肺癌组肺癌组织中癌细胞AgNORs数/细胞分别为(6.97!0.98)、(5.94!1.03)和(5.15!0.67),均显著高于相应组正常细胞(P<0.01);淋巴细胞染色体和癌细胞AgNORs数/细胞:腺癌组显著高于小细胞癌组,小细胞癌组显著高于鳞癌组(P<0.01);三型肺癌组淋巴细胞染色体AgNORs数/细胞与癌细胞均呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.91、0.89及0.84,(P<0.01)。结论肺癌患者淋巴细胞染色体和癌细胞AgNORs受共同因素影响,与染色体不稳定性指标呈平行关系,淋巴细胞染色体AgNORs计数对判断肺癌类型有一定意义。[Objective] To study the AgNORs correlation between lymphocyte chromosomes and lung cancer ceils in 3 type lung cancer patients. [Methods] AgNORs were detected by silver straining techniques in 98 cases of lung cancer patients （adenocarcinoma, 36; small ceil cancer, 31; squamous ceil cancer, 31） and 40 cases of the control groups. [Results] AgNORs counts of lymphocyte chromosomes in adenocarcinoma, small ceil cancer and squamous ceil carcinoma were （9.01±0.51）, （8.26±0.42） and （7.74±0.38）, respectively, significantly higher than the control groups （6.98±0.46）, （P 〈0.01）. AgNORs counts of lung cancer ceils in the 3 group lung cancer were （6.97± 0.98）, （5.94±1.03） and （5.15±0.67）, respectively, significantly higher than normal cells, （P 〈0.01）. AgNORs counts of lymphocyte chromosomes and lung cancer ceils in adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than small ceil can- cer, and those in small ceil cancer were higher than squamous ceil carcinoma. In the 3 groups lung cancer, AgNORs counts of lymphocyte chromosomes were positively correlated with that of lung cancer ceils, correlation coefficient were 0.91, 0.89 and 0.84（P 〈0.01）, respectively. [Conclusion] AgNORs counts of lymphocyte chromosomes and lung cancer ceils in lung cancer were parallel to chromosome instability. Hence, it has an important significance that AgNORs counts of lymphocyte chromosomes for judging histological type of lung cancer.
