国外研发过程演进对我国高技术产业的启示

摘　　要：高技术产业发展的动力在于企业的研发能力,而从西方发达国家研发的情况来看,其演进具有一定的规律性。通过对研发发展过程的回顾,着重分析了研发六个阶段的发展形式,概括了其主要的管理特点;研究了研发演进过程对我国高技术产业的影响,并提出了针对我国高技术产业目前失衡状况的几点对策。The motive force of development of High-tech industry lies in enterprise＇s R＆D, and according to western developed country R＆D situation, its evolution has certain regularity： This paper first reviews the development process of R＆D, and analyses the development form at six stages of R＆D emphatically. Then the paper summarizes its main management characteristics, and studies the impact on high-tech industry of R＆D process evolution in our country. Finally, it proposes several countermeasures for the high-tech industry which has unbalanced condition at present.
