后冷战时代卡扎菲思想的变迁

摘　　要：卡扎菲思想包括:伊斯兰教的指导原则;平均主义的建国原则;泛阿拉伯、泛伊斯兰的对外政策。后冷战时代卡扎菲思想的实践特征有三:对部族主义力量的依赖;政治统治方式和权力分配变换;外交政策正经历着从游离于世界之外到融入全球化的过渡时期。伊拉克战争后,卡扎菲思想表现为:缓和美国和西方关系,实施全方位外交;吸引外商,投资利比亚;改变传统经济模式,推进经济改革。Qadhdhafi thoughts includes： Islamic directive principle, equalitarian principle and foreign policy of Pan -Arabia, Pan -Islam. There are there points about the practice characteristic of Qadhdhafi thoughts in post Cold War. relying on tribalism; variational reigning structure and foreign policy from dissociating world to entering world. After the Iraq War, Qadhdhafi relaxs the relations with western countries, attracts foreign busses men to invest in Libya and After alters traditional economic modes.
