摘 要:分别以聚丙烯酰胺凝胶Bio-Gel P-4和Bio-Gel P-2为分离介质,对低聚木糖进行二次分离,分析了凝胶过滤层析分离低聚木糖的规律。结果表明:采用Bio-Gel P-4一次分离可获得木二糖、木三糖、木五糖、木六糖和木七糖组分的纯度分别为98.18%,88.54%,97.52%,78.80%和86.67%;HPLC分析表明,低聚木糖中阿拉伯糖基质量分数为14.75%,其中木二糖和木三糖组分不含阿拉伯糖基;以Bio-Gel P-2为层析介质对木三糖组分进行了二次分离,可将木三糖组分的纯度从88.54%提高到94.19%。The properties of xylooligosaccharides separation by gel permeation chromatography was investigated. Xylooligosaccharides was separated with Bio-Gel P-4 by the first time and Bio Gel P-2 by the second time. The results showed that the purity of fraction xylobio se, xylotriose, xylopentaose, xylohexaose and xyloheptaose separated with Bio Gel P-4 were 98.18%, 88.54%, 97.52%, 78.80% and 86.67%, respectively. The content of arabinosyl groups in xylooligosaccharides was 14. 75%, and xylobiose and xylotriose were not substitu ted with arabinosyl groups. The purity of fraction xylotriose can be raised from 88. 54% to 94.19% with Bio-Gel P 2 by the second separation.
