摘　　要：目的探讨上皮钙粘附蛋白(E-cadherin)和尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(uPA)在大肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法,对121例大肠癌手术根治标本进行E-cadherin和uPA测定。结果E-cadrerin和uPA阳性表达率分别为48%和62%。E-cadherin低表达和uPA高表达与大肠癌侵袭和淋巴结转移关系密切(P<0.05)。大肠癌中E-cadherin和uPA蛋白表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论E-cadherin和uPA表达与大肠癌侵袭和转移有显著相关性,同时检测E-cadherin和uPA表达状况,可作为预测大肠癌淋巴结转移及预后的一个有用指标。Objective To investigate the expression of E - cadherin and uPA in human colorectal cancer and its clinical signifi-cance. Methods S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect the E-cadherin and uPA expression in 121 cases with human eolorectal cancer after surgical treatment. Results The expression rate of E - cadherin and uPA in 121 cases were 48% and 62%, respectively. Significant correlation was observed between low - expression of E - cadherin and high - expression of uPA to depth of invasion and the lymph node metastasis of coloreetal cancer （ P 〈 0.05）. In addition, there is a significant correlation between the expression of E - cadhefin and uPA （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion E - cadherin and uPA may contribute significantly to eoloreetal cancer invasion and metastasis . The simultaneous detection of expression of both E - cadherin and uPA may serve as a marker of lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer and for evaluating the prognosis of the patients with eolorectal cancer.
