iNOS和c-erbB-2在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨诱导型一氧化氮合酶（Inducible nitric oxide synthase，iNOS）和癌蛋白（c—erbB-2）在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化S—P法，对91例乳腺浸润性导管癌手术根治标本进行iNOS和c—erbB-2检测。结果iNOS和c—erbB-2阳性表达率分别为68.1％和52．7％。iNOS和c—erbB-2高表达与乳腺癌组织学分级和腋窝淋巴结转移关系密切（P〈0．05～0．01）。iNOS表达与c—erbB-2表达存在显著相关性（P〈0．05）。结论联合检测iNOS和c—erbB-2表达状况，可作为预测乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移及预后的有用指标。Objective To investigate the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase （iNOS） and e - erbB - 2 in breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods S- P immunohistochemical method was used to detect the iNOS and c - erbB - 2 expres- sion in 91 cases with invasive ductal carcinoma after the surgical treat,nent. Results The expression rate of iNOS and c - erbB - 2 in 91 cases were 68,1% and 52.7% respectively. A significant correlation was found between high iNOS and c - erbB - 2 expression with the tumor grade and the axillary lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.05 - 0.01 ）. in addition, there are a significant correlation between iNOS and c - erbB - 2 （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combined detection concerning iNOS and c - erbB - 2 expression may be a useful predictor of lymph node metastasis in breast cancer and evaluate the prognosis of the patients with breast cancer.
